Huey lives

Swell: 1.1m
Wave Period: 7 seconds
Winds: light SE winds
Tides: 9.4m, HT @ 6.14am

Huey's been away on holiday for what seems like an eternity but is probably only 2 weeks in reality but we've finally got a hint of freshly ground swell today.

Well, more than a hint - there were 3 lads in riding it at 6am this morning but the tide was high and I didn't see enough being ridden to inspire me. The wave period wasn't great either but is improving.

Now the tide's dropped back it's looking much more promising and there are well defined lines.

The surf is only 2ft but it's clean and rideable and there's more on the way for next week :)
